  • What services do you provide?

  • We provide all the marketing and design services that your small business/sole trader needs. For a list and description of the services, we offer please visit our services page. If you are still unsure as to exactly what this would mean for you or how it would fit into your business, please get in contact with us and we can outline it for you in a more detailed conversation.
     

  • What is your process?

  • Once interest has been expressed in our services a consultation will be arranged which can either be in person at your business premises to establish a baseline for our business. We then outline the current position of your business and the objectives you would like to achieve, other details such as budget and timelines are discussed to ensure that the services and packages offered to your business is reasonable to your expectations and budget requirements.   • Where are you based?

  • We are based in Pukekohe New Zealand but work on a callout basis (we come to you) due to the flexible working environment that we have in place.
     

  • What is your pricing structure?

  • All pricing is different due to the modification that we offer our clients to tailor their package offerings. Please get in touch with the various options available.

    By implementing our flexible working environment we can keep costs down in order to pass on the savings to our clients, where agencies charge between $150 - $180 an hour for website design with an average of 25-30 hours a website the charges can become too much for a small business or sole trader to bare. Infrastructure charges are based on a once off with maintenance and marketing subscriptions charged at a 10% discount is taken over a 6+ months period


     

  • What do you use to build websites?

  • There are various platforms that we use to design websites it depends on the business’s needs (e-commerce, etc) and we use these platforms due to the ease of integration with other platforms and offerings that is included that enables us to offer our clients a more cost-effective service with a high quality of standard that is feasible to maintain in the long run with lower overhead costs.
     

  • Do you offer website content creation and management?

  • Yes! This is where we thrive, creating content that will bring more people to your business and help engage your target market is what we were made for, the services are tailored to your needs to ensure you get the most out of the service.

 

  • What is your monthly marketing subscription services?

  • Our clients always express the need they have to maintain website content, product offerings, and social platforms, but are concerned about the cost of such services. Regular marketing communications activities don’t need to cost you your profit margin, our marketing subscription packages are available in (5, 10, 15, 20 hours). This enables you to maintain a constant marketing presence to optimize your marketing efforts and improve conversions without the cost of hiring an employee. A discount is offered for subscriptions 6 months or longer.
